Shipments/Courier and returns
Your pack courier
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx, BlueDart, DTDC, Shree Tirupathi Courier or India Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Priority delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping/Courier fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping/courier fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns - RMA
Duration: To be reported to us within 10 days of sale
Type: Replacement only
In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.
If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same part will be provided at no additional cost after providing you a RMA number. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to the manufacturer to resolve any subsequent issues.
In any case, replacement shall be provided only once per part
